A special exhibition of 65 photographs by Clarence John Laughlin, Haunter of Ruins: Clarence John Laughlin is originated by the Historic New Orleans Collection and is circulated by Curatorial Assistance, Los Angeles. The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog, a Bulfinch Press book published by Little, Brown in 1997, and features excerpts from Laughlin’s writings and letters as well as essays by noted authors Andrei Codrescu and Ellen Gilchrist.
