This thirty-year retrospective exhibition of watercolorist Henry Casselli presents the full range of his work. From combat in Vietnam, to NASA missions, to portraits of the famous including Ronald Reagan, John Glenn, and Muhammad Ali, Casselli portrays his subjects with personal observation and attention. Known primarily as a painter of people, he also explores such recurring themes as ballet dancers, family members, and African American subjects, among them his friends and neighbors in New Orleans.
