This special exhibition of screenprints by Bearden, an acclaimed master of the medium, is highlighted by his Prevalence of Ritual Suite, which was recently acquired by the Morris Museum. The images in the suite—all dramatically large and, characteristically, brilliantly designed and colored—derive from some of the Bible stories Bearden learned to love as a child in Charlotte, North Carolina.
