Hunt Slonem. A prolific painter, printmaker, and sculptor, Slonem is one of America’s most renowned artists and has become best known for his electric neo-expressionist paintings of bunnies, butterflies, and tropical birds. His work is included in more than 250 major museum collections worldwide, including those of the Bahrain National Museum, Manama, Bahrain; the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York, New York; the National Gallery of Art and Smithsonian American Art Museum, Washington, D.C.; and the Morris Museum of Art, Augusta, Georgia.
